Service and scope
QingTools provides free browser tools for common image, PDF, text and static QR tasks. Each tool lists supported formats and limits for file count, size, pages and computation. Read the relevant instructions before starting.
Permission to use content
Only process content you have permission to use. These tools do not bypass passwords, access controls or copyright protections. QR codes simply encode data; do not use them for impersonation, deception or malicious links.
Results and originals
Compression, conversion, cropping and page operations change output files. Keep originals and check that results meet your submission or printing requirements. Image enlargement is not AI restoration. PDF outputs may not preserve original digital signatures or all document structures.
Browser compatibility and availability
Local processing depends on your device's memory and browser capabilities. Some files, older browsers or devices may not work. We aim to explain failures clearly but cannot guarantee every valid file succeeds on every device.
Free use and advertising
The basic features require no account. Future ads will be clearly labeled and separate from file controls. Do not click ads to support this site or generate automated visits or false clicks.
Reasonable use and feedback
Do not attack the site, abuse the feedback endpoint or submit irrelevant spam. Feedback has frequency and length limits. Suggestions and bug reports help improve the product; avoid sensitive information in submissions.
Changes and contact
Tools, limits and instructions may change for compatibility or maintenance. Significant changes will be described on the pages and in maintenance documentation. Submit usage questions and data requests through feedback.
